Custom sugar cookie orders require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. This allows adequate time for planning, designing, baking, decorating, and packaging your order to ensure the highest quality.

Orders requested with less than 2 weeks’ notice may be accepted based on availability and may be subject to a rush fee.

For larger events (50+ cookies), weddings, corporate events, or holidays, I recommend placing your order 4–8 weeks in advance to guarantee availability.

Your order is not confirmed until your invoice has been paid according to the payment terms.
